Obviously you can’t come up with anything original. I’m sure the people at Monty Python wouldn’t be very happy to know about a blatant and utter rip off of their killer bunny.
How about coming up with something original for a change instead of stealing EVERYTHING from other people.

I will NEVER buy anything from URBAN THREADS. Stealing is wrong and so un-indie. Shame on you, Urban Threads!

It’s totally the Monty Python killer bunny! Argh, I have no respect for people that copy other people’s work.

    How about copy cat?

Hey — Karline from Urban Threads here. He sure is the Monty Python bunny with pointy nasty teeth. One can buy him here:
    http://www.amazon.com/Monty-Python-Vault-Rabbit-Pointy/dp/B0006JGNB0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=toys-and-games&qid=1245071162&sr=8-1
Niamh has a “craft bunny” like the above who sometimes helps illustrate tutorials (like so: http://www.urbanthreads.com/pages?id=126 ) and cause general mischief and mayhem. She got hers years ago, and he lives on her desk along with a bunch of other critters. People seem to dig him, so we’ve thrown one in with both our gift certificate giveaways thus far.
Can we all play nice now?

  6. Leigh says:

Play “nice”? After your company played DIRTY for so long you have the nerve to suggest that people expressing their very real outrage about Embroidery Library’s misrepresentation of their division “Urban Threads” as a one-woman, indie startup as not playing “nice”? This is a very fair and real response to your company being “not nice” to this community by LYING to it. Crafters are majorly po’d about seeing real indie designers ripped off for their unique and original project ideas and designs, but most importantly being lied to about being an “indie” company. None of us who build our own independent businesses are paid a salary by a larger company or given an ad budget. Or a team of designers, office with computers and employees. It’s too late to back-pedal about who you are now like it’s okay that you misrepresented yourselves to this community for so long.

    How about plagiarabbit!

  8. Wells Tuthill says:

Shame on you Craft mag, and Urban Threads, stick with Hot Topic where people don’t give a crap about credibility.
