Whenever the weather starts to get nippy, I convince myself that this will definitely be the year that I finally try my hand at infusing my own extracts and liqueurs. The time always seems to slip away from me, but after seeing the recipes for these lovely infused butterscotch and coffee liqueurs on Wee Folk Art today, I’m really motivated to get started. Both liqueurs need 30 days to work their magic, so I’d better move fast if I want them in time for the holidays!
