My husband and I are celebrating his birthday this weekend, so I’m in the market for a good cupcake recipe. To be honest, neither one of us have really jumped on the Hunger Games bandwagon, but after seeing this Hunger Games cupcake recipe and decorating how-to from Susan at Diamonds for Dessert, I kind of wish we were.
