I’ve been harvesting my first sunchokes from the garden (and what a harvest!) and trying to figure out interesting ways to cook them. To my delight, I came across this amazing-sounding recipe for steamed clams with truffled lady apple and sunchoke cream. The title is a bit of a mouthful, but Wow! (Plus, have you ever seen such a gorgeous photo of clams?)
