Nikol Lohr of The Thrifty Knitter and author of Naughty Needles has started an something awesome for 2007 — the “We Call Them Pirates knitalong”. The rules are simple. Just knit a hat or pair of mittens in whatever design you choose but you must incorporate the We Call Them Pirates pattern for the motif. Sign up on the site by Jan 15 to participate.
