Stijn Ossevoort designed this dress, called Flare, which is embellished with wind-sensitive electronic dandelions. I wish there were a video of it in action, or some more information on how the dress is sensing air movement! [via Fashioning Technology]

    More lights in clothing–love it! If this is what’s being done now, can you imagine what folks’ll make when OLEDs are affordable? (That’s “organic light-emitting diodes” for you non-nerds. it’s basically a sheet of light in fabric form.) wow.
