Steps

  1. Remove the front wheel.
  2. Remove the seat.
  3. Anchor the seat to the ledge.
  4. Tie one end of the rope to the seat.
  5. Tie the extra inner tube to the front wheel.
  6. Run the rope through the wheel to form a pulley.
  7. Toss the wheel pulley to your buddy and pull him up.
  8. Give him water, protein bars, and a warm jacket.
  9. Reassemble the bike.
  10. Put him on the bike and walk him back to the car.
