Make: Money Fundraising Program
The Make: Money program is a fun and easy way to earn money for your team or organization. Does your robotics club want new microcontrollers and shields? Does your hackerspace need a laser cutter or 3D printer? Is your scout troop getting ready for the pinewood derby competition? MAKE wants to help support your organization and give you the means to buy tools and technology to inspire your projects! Just sell subscriptions of MAKE magazine to your organization’s members, family and friends and your team earns 50% for every subscription sold.

How do I join the program?
Enter your organization’s information on our sign up page, and then check your email for your unique organization code and materials for promoting your participation in the MAKE Money program. https://makezine.com/makemoneyprogram/

What are the benefits of signing up for the MAKE Money Program?
Your organization receives quarterly payments of $17.50/subscription for anyone who subscribes to MAKE magazine using your subscription forms or web link.

How does my organization get money?
MAKE will send checks made out to your organization to the contact person provided on the account. Checks are sent quarterly, with payments for Jan-Mar sent in April, Apr-Jun sent in July, Jul-Sep sent in Oct, Oct-Dec sent in Jan.

Who am I allowed to send the special MAKE Money offer to?
Anyone! Send it to friends and family, fans and supporters, members of your organization or team, and anyone who wants to help!

How do I get promotional materials for my organization?
Everything you will need will be sent to you via email to the email address supplied when setting up your MAKE Money account.

How do I change any account information?
Call our customer service number at 866-289-8847 (US + Canada), or 818-487-2037 (all other countries) between the hours of 5am and 5pm San Francisco Time. Please have your name on account, organization name, and password available when making the call.

Can you sign up if you are outside the US?
Currently only US organizations/teams are allowed to sign up for the MAKE Money program.

Can subscribers receive a full refund?
Answer: Subscribers may receive a refund of 50% for all un-mailed issues. The money contributed to your organization is non-refundable.

Do I have to renew my organization?
No. Once you are signed up you do not have to renew. Be sure your account details are up to date. You may make changes to your account by calling our customer service number at 866-289-8847 (US + Canada), or 818-487-2037 (all other countries) between the hours of 5am and 5pm San Francisco Time. Please have your name on account, organization name, and password available when making the call.
