Here’s a fun and simple project to make: a cover for your tissue box. The only thing you need to do is make three knots; basically just tie a handkerchief around the box. And it looks great!

Optionally, you can add buttons, pins, or other extra decorations for even more pizazz!

Step #1:

  • Put the box on the handkerchief.
  • Tie up the opposite corners of the handkerchief as shown.

Step #2:

  • Fold one of the remaining sides of the handkerchief up to cover the side of the box.
  • Then fold up the other side.
  • Tie the two sides together near one end of the box as shown.

Step #3:

  • Tie the sides again near the other end of the box.
  • Pull the first tissue out of the box.
