4 in 1 screwdriver

$7 (US, estimated) If something has detachable pieces, I will loose them. Most of the parts from a multi bit screwdriver set will end up in the bottom of the drawer if not my pocket to then appear in my change bowl or scratching up the inside of the washing machine.

The 4 in 1 screwdriver has reversible bits that you pull out and flip around to go from large Philips to large Flathead. The shaft flips to go from large bits to small bits. The ball/spring retention that hold the bits and the shaft make a very satisfying click. The bits are 1/4" 5/16" and you can use the shaft as a nut driver.

Bonus: square handle so it doesn't roll.

Stanley makes a excellent screwdriver that is actually a 6in1 that wally world sells for about 5 us dollars
I have used this tool for almost 4 years and found it to be a 5 star tool and cheep too!
