So is the foam padding going to be enough to really shield the magnetic field created by the speakers?

Also, what is used to keep the laptop playing? I know that most laptops go to sleep and won’t function when the lid’s closed, due to overheating issues. Is there some setting you can change to not make it sleep?

It’s not due to overheating issues, tis merely because thats the way it is. I’ve changed mine no to do that, in linux and XP
