    I think it uses adiabatic cooling of the exhaust air as a source of air conditioning, too!

    This vehicle wil be sold since April in Uruguay (S.América).
    Armando Ragusci, an uruguayan engeneer, designed that bicycle. The tubes of air move a piston, more or less like a steam engine. He sais one may go 100 Km (abour 50 something miles) at a speed of 50 Kph. witn o,16 US¢ per kilometer. No gas, no hydrogen, no polution. The vehicle was tested at the North Texas University.
