DIY: The ONE SHOT paperbook

Mimi writes – “I wanna share with you the beautiful thing that is the ONE SHOT. Basically the ONE SHOT is a mini-comic/zine/book type thing that’s made using a single sheet of 8 1/2 X11 paper. meaning, of course, they’re cheap to reproduce at any copy joint, as well as super easy to five-finger on the sly at work, if you’re into that kinda thing.” Thanks Dorrian!Link.

  1. Whether or not this is ripped off from pocketmod or not, I don’t know. I can safely say that before pocketmod.com (or really any website) existed, people were folding and cutting paper in this manner. I first saw it in self-published mini-comics by Fawn Gehweiler in the early 90’s and used it myself for making liner notes for cassette cases soon after. Maybe pocketmod ripped it off of Fawn Gehweiler. Or maybe it is just a cut and folded piece of paper.
