What this guy destroyed to make this prop was a General Radio 650A impedance bridge, a very useful tool if one is building radios and such. I can’t say I think this is a good idea, although these bridges aren’t what you’d call rare. Now if the one he had was already dead, that’s much less a problem for me.

I don’t know whether it was in working order or not. Can’t find any additional details.
