Upside down clock mod

Clock-23
Steve writes in with what initially seemed a little odd, but makes total sense, for the space constrained… – “Me and my roommates took apart my digital clock so we could flip the led display upside down. We did this so I could mount it under my shelf above my bed, and still read the numbers.”Link.

Alright folks, we know this version of the upside down clock is pretty lame, but we were recently given the idea to actually flip around the traces of the clock so that the LED can go in it’s orginal position and actually display upside down.

The project will commence on sunday with a new clock, hopefully blue. Why? Because here at deadlycomputer we like the color blue.

So stay tuned for a follow-up.
