I just reviewed a forgotten book from 1990 called “Handmade Helps for Disabled Living”. The author has a Maker’s spirit – the book is chock-full of well-designed and beautifully-sketched plans for everyday adaptive aids. It’s great reading for Makers even if they don’t happen to be disabled.
