More great interactivity for DIY enthusiasts in New York City on Thursday, October 25th, at ETSY Labs! The second ever Make:NYC Meeting
6:15PM: Electronics Lab
Get into the Halloween spirit and learn some basic electronics with the Spooky Noise Lab. Only minimal skill is required. $5 buys you a seat, instruction, and all the parts and tools you’ll need to build an interactive spooky noise generator circuit – a perfect accessory to Halloween costumes and displays! Create with the help of your fellow Makers and get the knowledge you’ll need to advance your own DIY projects. Only 20 seats are available for the lab and you MUST RSVP if you’re going to purchase a seat.
Please be on time so everyone gets an opportunity to finish their work.
Badge Contest Judging Bring your best badge! Meeting attendees will vote on the entrants into our Badge Contest and the Make Magazine PRIZES will be awarded.
Show and Tell
Meet your fellow NYC Makers and show off your creations! Bring your gadgets, gizmos, sketches, ideas… anything you’d like to put in the spotlight. We encourage NYC Makers to collaborate on and discuss DIY projects. If you’d like to attend but not participate in the lab, we have plenty of space for everyone, but please RSVP. If you’re planning to bring a project, drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org.
