I adore Peeps! I’m sitting at my desk at work right now which has a fabby Peep balloon floating above it, a Peep Show desktop picture and I’m not ashamed to admit that last week I Peeped my friends car! (stuck pink Peeps all over it!) yankeegirldesigns @ gmail.com

My brother and I have been calling each other “Peeps” for years and now he refers to my kids as his little peeps. Please, please, please may we have the book? It would mean so much to us! Thanks!

  6. Miss Kelly says:

I would like this book because I enjoy Peeps but not to the extent my in-laws seem to think I do* and I always end up with more Peeps than my house can reasonably consume. If I could do something more interesting with them they might disappear before they are no longer tasty.
    * I get Peeps for nearly every holiday which has Peeps made for it. Seriously.

  7. Mary C says:

Oh my goodness! I love those little peeps. I get made fun of for it. I would love to have this book.

  11. Kimberly says:

My husband loves PEEPS more than I do and I think he would really enjoy a creative special craft or delicious recipe that I could create for him. There’s something *magical* about pastel-colored sugar-covered marshmallows in the shape of bunnies and birdies that make us feel like young children enjoying an Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday. If we could buy PEEPS all year long, I’m sure we’d always have a few of them in our house.
    Aloha (Bye) and Mahalo (Thanks)

  12. Momo Coletti says:

Peeps = marshmallow goodness. I’m a Peep fanatic: every color, every flavor, every season. Nothing finer than some sugar with more sugar on it. I prefer them to be a little stale…cut the package, let them sit for 2-3 days, then enjoy!
This book would look charming on my coffee table and I’d like to be the envy of all my friends.

  14. Marsel McKee says:

It is well known to many that I have a “thing” for Peeps…the yellow bunnies are my favorite, and once I open a box, it is rare that I can stop until the box is empty!
Yesterday was one of “those days” and I sat down and ate an entire box…well, except for two bunnies that I had to share with my son when he found me and discovered that they were almost gone. Perhaps winning the recipe book and learning some creative ways to use my Peeps would make my ‘addiction’ less of a joke for my family!

  37. miclattay says:

I have loved Peeps since I was a kid. I remember hoping that I would receive it in my Easter basket and being overjoyed when I received it. I still see Easter baskets even today that have them. I especially love the yellow ones and the fact that it is made of marshmallow. I am wanting to go out and buy some as I write this comment. I am happy to see that there are so many creative ways to make peeps into different things. I would really enjoy adding this book to my craft collection and sharing it with my niece. Since I am always talking to her about arts and crafts.

I’m posting a comment for the first time anywhere on the internet because I think this is worth it. I just bought a box of Peeps for myself and ate one simply to have the warm, fun feeling of being a happy-go-lucky kid! I didn’t want this Easter to pass without joining in the Peep-generated excitement of the season. I gave some to my 22yr old son and said, “Did you eat a Peep yet?” He said, “You gave me a box of Peeps! How could I not eat one?” I know I made his day. I truly admire the inovation of the person who made this candy!!! kemartini at gmail dot com

  48. Kathleen W. says:

Although I hate the taste of Peeps, I’d love to have this book because I live pretty close to Bethlehem, PA where they are made and we are always getting tons of free ones at work that go stale (is this possible?). It would be nice to turn them into something cool and crafty.

Peeps are just a great piece of America. I’ve got a stuffed peep on my desk at work. It makes me smile.

I love Peeps but am on a diet, no refined sugars. We have tons around the house at Easter. I need some ideas of what to do with Peeps, otherwise I will eat them, they will turn into rock hard statues, or my cat will hide them under the couch like he did last year (best tasting birds he ever caught).

My family and I love PEEPS! It isn’t Easter at our house until I bring home the PEEPS. My daughter is the one who eats them, she likes to put them into her hot chocolate. (Is this cruel?) And we collect all the PEEPS stuffed animals, we have big pillow ones, and little teeny pen toppers. I’m afraid of this year’s red ones though, they seem to have come from a horror movie, I’ll stick with the pastel PEEPS. Oh, and we enjoy seeing the results of The Washington Post’s PEEPS diorama contest. Check it out!

My daughter and I shared a private joke about PEEPS years ago and to this day we can’t even look at a PEEP without bursting into laughter. This book would be a fabulous gift for her…of course I would have to insert the family PEEP story for her to stumble across while reading the book :-)

  117. Katie Dana says:

I would love to get a copy of the book for my mom. She’s mad for Peeps and drove three towns over to see the Peepmobile when it passed through — all by herself, since my sister and I (who are both in our early twenties) have not inherited her obsession. I can’t think of a better Easter gift for her.

My children have actually never tasted PEEPS but are very curious and anxious to taste them. They are so cute and the book looks like a ton of fun to make an even more adorable treat.
LOVE Easter and would be thankful for the chance to win this really COOL book.
    Thank You!!!!!!

  119. Alison Traina says:

This book and I are destined to be together because my family mocks me mercilessly for counting Peeps as a food group (daily serving: YES).

  120. Nicole Robinson says:

I need this book because it’s my brother’s birthday on March 20 and I don’t have a gift yet.
Saying he loves Peeps is an understatement. He’d kill me if he knew I was sharing this story. When we were in high school, my mom made him an appointment to have a few questionable moles removed on his back. As a reward for not being a morose teenager on the day of the appointment, she bought out all of the local Target store’s recently-clearance boxes of Peeps for him.
I’m sure the combination of this book plus Easter weekend will blow. his. mind.
