Just put a slow-moving vehicle sign on this, and it’s good to go. Will Foster made a half scale Panzer tank for playing paintball. He recycled a broken generator he got from his part time job, and turned it into this. He drives it around his parents neighborhood, obviously scaring the locals. Via Geekologie.

Ok, I give, I give, I just got excited is all. =]
Listen to the video; it’s street legal as a tractor. Also remember that road legality laws vary by state.
When he got out of the tank at the end and pulled out his keys I thought he was going to turn on a car alarm of some kind. That would have made my day.
Well, the reason tractors are legal on the street, is that 99.9% of the time they are off road, but .1% of the time they need to road them to a field or ajacent farm, or in town to service. Registration is dis-allowed for this occasional WORKING NEED.
Joyriding isn’t a need. You’d get ticketed for joyriding a tractor in the streets, as well as this. Trust me, I have law enforcement in my family, AND I live in Wisconsin.
…is this tank in Wisconsin?
Otherwise I would say your “expertise” is pretty invalid unless you are a traffic lawyer/judge.
In Pennsylvania there are all kinds of slow moving vehicle classifications, based on the Amish not using fast vehicles.
As I said, laws vary by state and there’s very little to
