Quick and easy light-up bracelet

Instructables user craft-tech made this tutorial for making your own illuminated wrist cuff using nothing but scraps from your electronics shop floor. This is a great first project if you’re interested in conductive thread or sewing in general, and uses a mimeolight, which is a small programmable sewable LED. Given that it’s supposed to be a ten-minute project, can you think of any better closures than a binder clip?

Small pieces of Velcro, attached with Gorilla Glue.

I think the binder clip is doubling as a battery holder, Without adding something additional to hold the battery in place I cant think of a better closure.
