Seems like a terrific way to annoy people looking for a parking spot, but aside from that, I don’t quite understand what it is supposed to achieve.

Don’t mean to be rude or anything, but it’s on friday, not thursday..

Seems fun tho, but a bit cold up in Sweden for that kind of activity this late.
