HOW TO – Paint Chip Gift Tags

I’ve been collecting a bunch of paint chip sample cards recently (I’m planning to repaint our kitchen nook soon) and this gift tag project from A Spoonful of Sugar is going to be a great way for me to reuse those chips once I’ve settled on a paint color. [via WhipUp]

What a super cool idea! I’ve got a gazillion of them left from when we chose paint colors for our “new” old house. Plus, my wrapping theme this year is recycled and eco friendly so it’s the perfect way to put them to good use. Thanks for the great tip!

Saw this a while ago on the same blog and have used for all my xmas gift tags this year. They go fabulously with my fuschia pink papers. Great way to recycle!

For those that do craft fairs – paint chips are also great for holding jewlery that you’re selling. They look great when you get multiple colors and tack to a bulletin board!
