The Seeeduino V1.1 from the Maker Shed is an Arduino compatible micro controller. The design is based on the Arduino Diecimila, and it is 100% compatible with the IDE and available shields. Check out the “More Details” tab on the Maker Shed web page for more a lot more information.

  1. I recently got one of these for use in the Telecalculograph Mark II, and I absolutely love it!

    The only feature I wish it had is a more accessible USB interface–that is, big pads or pins that would allow one to easily replace the mini-USB connector with a hard-wired cable. I’m glad they used the mini-B plug, though, as I think we all have more spare cables laying around in that standard than the original Arduino’s regular-B connector. Seeed’s choice of power connectors is appreciated too.

    Really, a great microcontroller.
