I didn’t used to like this little layered joy bundles, also known as Brussels sprouts, but now I think they’re one of the most delicious veggies out there. The trick is to buy small, fresh ones. Instructables user scoochmaroo has a recipe for sauteing them with bacon, although at my house we make them vegetarian. We even skewered them and cooked them on the bbq, and they were delicious!
