Unless you are Cool Hand Luke, there’s likely a small limit on just how many plain boiled eggs you can eat. I personally like mine deviled. And it’s not just me. I love deviled eggs so much! I made two different versions yesterday from some vintage cookbooks and they turned out beautifully. The favorite was one that was flavored with horse-radish!
