Urban Threads has a great little tutorial by Lindsay Hartwell on how to make a rather stylish Medical Cuff. Lindsay was inspired to create this for her boyfriend, who is allergic to both cashews and pistachios, and had a close call on travels to India. Medical alerts are embroidered on the inside of the cuff, while the caduceus on the outside is recognized internationally. Nice!
