Kate Hartman and Hazel Meyer (both at OCAD) have developed a project called Nudgeables, where the wearers of a garter/brooch pair can communicate with each other over a short distance, “nudging” each other with small vibrating motors. The garter switch is activated by crossing one’s legs, and the brooch has a clever soft “pinch” switch. [via Fashioning Technology]
