Every summer when dear friends visit we make secret friend gifts for each other. They are so great we decided to do the same thing for Christmas and a make all our gifts. While I love working with stained glass and beaded jewelry one thing I have always wanted to embrace is sewing. All my life I have preferred to make gifts for my family rather than buy them. I search online and in stores for patterns and directions for fun unique things to make and then a couple months before the holidays I begin my big diy-fest to get things made for everyone. Well, this year my time is being swallowed up by my 2 month old baby girl!
