Book Review + Giveaway: Simply Sublime Gifts

Banner Simplysublimegifts Book

Do you aspire to make gifts for everyone this holiday season but worry about all the time it will take? Simply Sublime Gifts: High-Style, Low-Sew Projects to Make in a Snap by Jodi Kahn will show you how to make amazing gifts that are fast to make! Jodi has tons of ingenious tips to help you save time. From reusing wrappers or choosing inexpensive materials (a dusting cloth turns into kids jammies!), you’ll find yourself enjoying her bevy of crafting tricks. Some of my favorites are the Handy Hand Towels (perfect for a housewarming gift), the Wonder Bread apron (featured on the cover) which uses old bread wrappers, and the Photo Baseball where you can print one of your favorite photos to create a plush baseball. Speaking of photo projects, there are quite a few great ones in this book. I love the stuffed photo ornaments that are great easy stocking stuffer gifts for the extended family. This book is definitely worth to have in your craft library for any event. I see it as the perfect “go-to” craft book for quick gifts!
