Merry Christmas from all of your pals at Maker Media. We enjoyed collaborating with you all in 2010 and look forward to even bigger and better things in 2011. In the meantime, please enjoy this Max and Dave Fleischer Depression-era cartoon that so beautifully captures the spirit of a DIY Christmas. [Thanks, Laurie Stepp!]

Have a great holiday!

  1. We all could take some lessons from Prof. Grampy, for sure!
Given a free stock of Obtanium, miracles can happen…

I did like that proto-snowmobile, too!

    Merry Christmas, all!

  2. What a great theme and a great cartoon. My favorite part is the laughing, the Professor is having so much fun that he never stops laughing. Pretty soon, the kids are laughing too. How awesome is that!
