Cast-plastic doorbell cover

Cast-plastic doorbell cover

From Shannon Larratt of Toronto, ON:

When I moved into my studio, the doorbell was missing its cover and as a result, delivery folks often don’t ring (I guess assuming they’re more likely to be electrocuted). So I mocked up a new doorbell out of Sculpey and then took a two part mold of the button and enclosure using liquid silicone and then cast it in hard plastic and painted it. Then I used way too much glue to attach it. I’ll trim the glue off when the winter storm here in Toronto passes.
