I think I might try making flour tortillas this weekend, and this recipe on Homesick Texan looks good. Does anyone have any tips, or is it pretty easy?

  1. Yes, I’ve made this recipe several times. The instructions are excellent and the results are so good! You’ll love them. They’re a little more robust than your standard flour tortilla, perfect for hearty fillings. Just be sure to cover them with a towel as they come off the pan, or you’ll end up with dry tortillas. I stack them under a towel and serve them at once. Yummy!
