This is my dream!
Where does the TV go?
Jkjkjk
In her laptop. She has books to keep her happy.
What is this TV you speak of? In this paradise? Who needs it?
I need this to hold my dvds! LOVE it
I had better buy stock in Pledge furniture polish. It’s gotta go up. Seriously though it is a fascinating and interesting. I like it.
I like the whole concept. It is amazing and fascinating. I think that I had better invest in a lot of furniture polish stock.

Not to a bibliophile but I have an absolute addiction to places like this. Unique nooks and crannies fascinate me.
The Readman residence I presume? Wrong crowd I know but that level of bibiliophilia just associates there for me.
I recall that “The Paper” would not have so much empty space, since she used stacks of books as room dividers as well.
That would make a great LEGO storage room.
Looks great .. but the dusting …
Wow — where would it go?
FABULOUS!!! Ordinary bookshelves are such a poor use of space, and unless you buy a whole matching set, there’s only the books to provide visual cohesiveness. This is fierce. If you’re gonna go built-in, go all the way!!!!!!
not only would one have to figure out how much time needed to dust but where to put every thing given how much storage space the place has.
My cat would be on the highest shelf possible…and I would finally have room for all of my books!
Ick. I’d go mad living here. Give me clean sleek minimalism any day. Having stuff everywhere like this would be the visual equivalent of living in a noisy train station that’s never silent. Plus squares are ugly to my eyes.
Blæ, minimalism is just for those who can’t cope with stimulating surroundings…
Or for people who don’t need to be constantly stimulated
I must reply with the obvious “That, my good sir, is exactly what she said.” But in all seriousness I’d like this in a sleek cherry wood. Light wood, to me, looks bad. The grain makes everything look busier than it could.
Or for people who don’t need to be constantly stimulated

An inspiring shelf house.
Thanks for sharing.

Did anyone else think of the movie “Spirited Away”? The boiler room scene? Essentially exact same layout. Awesome.
