The Chocolate Tree at Del Posto restaurant in NYC is created by pouring loads of tempered chocolate into a vat of ice cubes. It’s then adorned with even more chocolate to fill in the unique nooks and crannies. Check out this neat process video, which almost makes it seem doable at home.
