  1. Thanks for this post! Unfortunately, when I tried to use the MAKELIVE2 code for the coffee PDF, it told me that the code is not valid. Is there a trick I need to know? I even copied the code and pasted it to make sure I hadn’t accidentally misspelled it.

  2. I have tried to get the coffee PDF on three separate occasions on two different computers. I made sure the PDF was in the cart each time. Still get the same response–MAKELIVE2 not valid.
