The rising temperatures and humidity in the northeast have me craving a cold frosty brew, and what better way to drink it than in a wooden beer mug you made yourself. Drean on Instructables shows you how to form this design, although you should investigate to be sure the wood you use isn’t treated with toxic chemicals before attempting to drink from it.

  1. These are highly common in the SCA and “ren” crowd.   some very elaborate designs are out there.

    Side effect of a wooden beer mug,  beer stays cold.  Wood is a great insulator.   Also if you find a food grade urethane to coat it in, you end up with a easy to clean wood beer mug.

  3. I was just searching for same wooden Beer Mug from market. And there are lots of new mugs available which made fully with wooden.
