How-To: Turn Empty Soup Cans Into a Craft Tool Organizer

Craft & Design

Here’s a dead simple storage board from HGTV – all you need to make it are some empty cans, magnets, and a cookie sheet. (And a clean-edge can opener, for safety.)
Seeing this used for kids’ art supplies makes me think the design would also function well for keeping small sewing tools handy – not to mention crochet hooks, craft knives, and drawing pens.
