  1. I like the Shutterfly Harvest Hues photo book template. I love the neutral tones and the nrandom arrangement of the photos.

  2. I really like the “Hit the Road” template – it would be perfect for the big road trip I just took with my husband, and two cats!

  3. Would most likely use the custom option – but love the “planes/trains” as a template. I made a photo book last year for my folks when they came to visit me in NYC, documenting their trip. This would be perfect for anyone else visiting!!

  4. Having been looking at these for wedding books, I love the “Oh Baby Girl” template. For other photos I really like the look of the Versatile Classics.

  5. I love the “travel snapshots” custom path style template. The backgrounds look like old maps. This would make a really beautiful travel photo journal.

  6. I like the Black and White backdrop style, but the ModernBlack is nice as well. Knowing me, though, I’d want to go full custom. Here’s hoping! ;)

  7. I like the Modern Black, but I really love the colors and patterns of Oh So Mod and Good Times. I guess it depends on what the content is.

  8. Oh, I think I like Rock On the best, but I better post my comment now because if I look again, I will change my mind because I sure like them all!

  9. I really like Simply White under the Everyday category on the custom path. Some of the styles aren’t matched to the text that describes them, though. I noticed this on the Seasonal tab.

  10. I love Shutterfly! I did my daughter’s first birthday album using the “Oh Baby Girl”, but I think the next book I want to do is with the Good Times template. Very vibrant & cute!

  11. For most of my photos I prefer “Modern Portfolio”. Simple neutral backgrounds really allow the photos to “speak” for themselves.

  12. Modern Black (or is it Portfolio?)is my standby favorite, although I do like the Happiness is… one too. Thanks for the chance to win!

  13. I’m a sucker for all things cute and crazy, so the kids templates really appeal to me. However, my dream is to someday take a road trip, so I’m choosing Joy Ride! Thanks for the opportunity to win such a nifty prize :-)

  14. Pet Project for sure! I love the colors and patterns and that they offer something special for the fuzzy members of our families.

  15. I just made a book of family for my 6-month-old son and used the modern black and white template – super clean and shows off the photos. The book has been a lot of fun for him to see pictures of family – especially those that live far away.

  16. I’m feeling partial to the Something Special template as a great way to showcase all the old photos of my grandparents I recently scanned from old albums.

  17. My favorite template is between “bon voyage” and “vintage travel”. I absolutely love getting up and going. I’m always exploring new places and a shutterfly book is perfect for capturing all those adventures

  18. Last week I used Baby Girl, Modern to make a book for my daughter’s first birthday. Loved the colors and embellishments, girly but not overly so. Can’t wait to get it in the mail!

  19. I really like the birthday book ideas. I think they would make a fantastic gift for a loved one to celebrate many birthdays shared. I didn’t realize they were so affordable and so professional looking. I’m already thinking about upcoming birthdays. :)

  20. I like the Dress-up Diva in the Custom Path. I love that ping and green combo! I would use it to make an album of the programs we’ve had at the library I work at.

  21. I like the Modern Portfolio, custom 12 x 12 book. It’s uncluttered, has an elegant layout and looks like photos would stand out against black pages.

  22. Wow, what a great giveaway! I have never seen these type of photobooks before, they’re astounding, and they look simple to put together, I’d love a chance to win! My favorite template is the Harvest Hues, they mix with so many beautiful colors.

  23. I’ve ordered several of these photo books and I think my favorite is still classic black. It really highlights the photos.

  24. I love the Amusement Park design template in the Custom Path. The stickers and frames help create a fun and bright page layout. And Shutterfly has made it so easy to add more backgrounds and stickers to their established designs. I might end up using this design for my photos from the fair.

  25. I think it’s because I’m so happy about the holiday season, but I like Noel! It’s got the slightly kitschy holiday look to it!

  26. I can’t decide between Modern Portfolio and Versatile Classics – but I will definitely choose something neutral. That way, the colors in the photo really pop, and I think it will be less dated as the years go on. We’ll be able to pull it out and look at it and not feel so old (haha!).

  27. I love Shutterfly books, they make great gifts. Right now, I’m planning a modern black book filled with lots of black and white photos of my son.

  28. I love the Year of Us photo book. I am a huge fan of Shutterfly’s photo books and love to make them for my family. What an amazing giveaway!!!

  29. I’m really liking the Custom Path style. I want to make a book for my wedding and this style is exactly like what I was envisioning in my head before I even looked at the Shutterfly site! I’m liking either the Modern Wedding or the Modern Floral Wedding styles for my summer garden wedding (2 years ago… oops)! I did a book for my daughter when she was born and we love it!

  30. I love the “Love Story” template! It would be a perfect way to combine our engagement pictures and wedding pictures (married 09.10.11) into one beautiful book.

  31. I love Shutterfly’s photo books! I made one for my wedding photos and it turned out beautifully. My favorite template depends on the application… but in general, I tend to go for really simple templates like Simply White or Modern Black!

  32. I like the Bon VOyage because I have a card full of cruise pics I need to get printed. =)
Ordinally, I would like the simplicity of the Modern Black.

  33. My choice is “Modern Portfolio.” As an amateur photographer, any format that focuses on the photograph – really makes them POP – gets my vote!

  34. I am loving the “Happiness Is..” template. Simple — yet has a ton of possibilities. Cripes, I’ve gotta start taking some pictures!

  35. I love the top ten and the year of us books! I usually do a picture book of significant years and this makes it much easier and much cooler than the ones I have! GREAT STUFF!

  36. Coming into the holiday season and since it snowed here in chilly MN yesterday, I’m very drawn to the Winter Wonderland template. Thank you for the opportunity!

  37. I like the new custom path a lot! My favorite right now is “Happiness Is” but I think I may have to use the “Favorite Recipes” and get started on that project!

  38. I like the Everyday book. I like the simple style. I have used Shutterfly in the past and it is simple to use and the results are beautiful

  39. I really like the Simple Path, but I think it all depends on the pictures. I would love to make a book from our photos of our Route 66 trip!

  40. Love the new custom path option–we have ordered quite a few books from Shutterfly , using their own create option and heve been very pleased. Can’t wait to try it out! The quality of the work is exceptional !

  41. The Photo as Background photo book would be a lovely way to display images. I stumbled across this and never realized you could do this! What a beautiful idea — my photos are only in a picture box now. Would love to win a camera and incorporate my journeys into a book!

  42. There are so many choices, but I think if I had to choose just one I’d pick “Hit the Road.” So cute for road trips!

  43. I am loving the new customizable layouts, I sent a book last year to my mother in law and it was a huge hit. This year I plan on doing even more. I love these things. If I had to pick a template I would use “Hit the Road”. We have so many vacation pics!

  44. I would love to use the “Vintage Travel” book templates. I love to make books about the trips I go on and that template would make a great travel book!

  45. I love the ABC’s template! It would be super-cool to make a personalized abc book of/for my newborn. WANT! :)
    Thanks for the giveaway, Shutterfly!

  46. I like the soft yet bright blue and yellow pallet used in the Modern Floral Wedding style (it will be a wonderful way to showcase pictures of my spring wedding)!

  47. I think that the harvest hues is the best choice for a book that doesn’t yet have an obvious theme. Although, I will say that I’m a sucker for the baby girl one too.

  48. I love the custom option. Would love to do a book featuring my handcrafted items.
Thanks for organizing this great giveaway.

  49. I love many of the new styles, and have used a few diff ones depending on my mood and the subject matter, but you can’t go wrong with modern black!

  50. I love Year of Firsts. So sweet and simple. I could see this making an amazing book for our unborn child. Not to mention our need for a new camera since ours got stolen in a break in.

  51. I love ‘Modern Wedding’ we just got married, and I’d love to make some photo books as gifts. I love using Shutterfly, they make making photo books so easy!

  52. I love having control of what goes in my photo books, so the custom path is great! From what I saw, all of the templates look great, but I tend to like warmer hues, like the Harvest Hues.

  53. I LOVE the Custom Path format 8 x 8! I am going to use the idea of recipies… what a great idea for family members to put together and print out multiple copies!

  54. My Recipes jumped out at me because I’ve been wanting to make a recipe book to collect the favorites that my parents and siblings make for special occasions.

  55. I give the photo books to the grandparents on all the big holidays, but my favorite book right now is the recipes! I want to turn my dad’s PDF’s into a book, he’d love it.

  56. Happiness is…makes me want to spend a lazy morning with loved ones and then make a photo book to remember how much fun the simple things in life are!

  57. I am loving the new custom template! Very cool. My husband and I got married in February and we still haven’t had our wedding photos printed. We’re totally being slackers. I cant wait to finally print them using the custom template to print for all of the family members that were at the wedding.

  58. Love the Year of Us template. We had a baby this year and it would be great to be able to create a book with memories from the entire past year.

  59. I love the custom path option for the photobook. Its great that now you can use a photo for the background. Also you can move and adjust pictures how you want them and add text anywhere.

  60. I like the Noel template. There are cute back grounds and embellishments. I love the custom path option for the photobook. Its great that now you can use a photo for the background. Also you can move and adjust pictures how you want them and add text anywhere.

  61. I love modern black for our wedding photos. I also really like confetti splash though, the bright colors are perfect for pictures of my two little girls!!

  62. I really like the “Year of Us” template – what a great way to turn all of those everyday shots into a fun, cohesive look back at the details of your life.

  63. I like the baby boy, but I love the custom path feature. I’m a graphic designer and I love the ability to change everything on the page to make it look just the way I want it. I’ve ordered several books already and plan on making many more!

  64. Since I’ve been meaning to order my wedding photo book from Shutterfly, I love the custom wedding black and white themed photo book!

  65. I adore Modern Wedding using custom path! Perfect for my upcoming May wedding!
Thanks so much, Anna, mattandanna at live dot

  66. I’m new to this photography hobby, I never realized there were so many different things to do with photos. I like the Shutterfly site, can’t remember ever seeing it before. I like the beach theme, we spend a week in Gulf Shores each year, this would be a great thing to do with my pictures!!

  67. I think the Modern Portfolio is the best one by far. t has such versatility and allows you to focus on the quality and content of the shot and less on the arrangement. Very nice!

  68. I love Happiness Is… and Bon Voyage. I’d probably make an album of travel photos and those would really allow the pictures to stand out.

  69. I like the custom photobooks…I have a touch choice between winter wonderland and the Modern Wedding. I like them both….if I have to decide on one.. it would be Winter wonderland.

  70. Harvest Hues is lovely. I was married in the fall, and over four years later I’ve yet to do anything with the pictures. Thank you!

  71. I think my favorite is the modern portfolio… I just made a photo album of our family’s trip to Disney world and I used this one! I loved the features of the new custom photo path.

  72. I like the Modern Black template the best. It is so simple, sleek and classy it would make any photo look professional.

  73. I like the Harvest hues most. Love the fall colors in it. I already have some photobooks from shutterfly with Modern black as my next fav.

  74. I like the modern black because the pictures pop, but i also love using the pictures as the background in the custom path.

  75. I really like the simplicity of the Simple Path books but I would love to play around with the custom options as well!

  76. I like the “Modern Black” style. I was intrigued though that of the samples on that page, it was the only one without black backgrounds, yet called ‘modern black’.

  77. I love the modern black! I’d really love to take some new photos and see how they look in this layout as a book.
Also it would be nice to have a camera that is better quality than the camera on my phone.
    Thanks for having the giveaway!

  78. I always use the custom templates because as a designer I can have complete control of the layout. I make high-res JPEGs in Photoshop using Shutterfly’s downloadable guides. The quality is outstanding; especially the leather-bound hardcovers.

  79. I love the idea of the Custom Path. Because it allows you to choose the arrangement of the photos, and has many options, Custom Path allows you to make your album uniqe. It gives you the chance to make yours different that everyone elses and makes it your own.

  80. I love the Modern Portfolio via the custom path. I like to bring attention to the photos, rather than the backgrounds when I am making photobooks. Shutterfly is the best share site out there!

  81. Simply White. I am not a fan of the stickers and canned phrases. We like to write our own captions and often adapt the colors in the template to suit our tastes.

  82. I’m definitely in a winter mood waiting for snow to finally appear, so my favorite is Winter Wonderland. I love the bare trees and snowflakes. Makes me wanna stay home and sip cocoa.

  83. I like the Simple Path option, 8×8 size. I get overwhelmed with too many choices, so this would make ordering books so much easier. I like the smaller size of the 8×8, too, easy to handle, easy to store or ship. Thank you for hosting this give-away!

  84. The vintage template is awesome! I love anything vintage and to see them all in one book that I can put corresponding photos in is amazing!

  85. Hard to choose between the “Happiness Is” and the “Words of Faith” templates. I’ve made Shutterfly books before, and Custom Path is truly an awesome new feature. I’m so glad they added it!

  86. I usually use Simple Path and Confetti Splash or Harvest Hues. I love putting together photo books for the family, but especially my in-laws. Since the can’t get out as much, it is really nice to have a book that they can share at the retirement village. Makes it special. I also sent one to my granddaughter as a keepsake from her summer with us. It was a great “back to school, show and tell” item. I love Shutterfly!

  87. I like the custom path because I am free to do what I want creatively on each page. I love using the bright color pages!

  88. I LOVE the custom path as there’s flexibility in how to arrange the pictures. I’m a hands-on scrapbooker and am thinking about going digital. I’d really like to win this, thank you for sharing! Dana
