I love drinks that are simple, with ingredients that are flexible. This nostalgia-inducing Creamsicle Cocktail is perfect for both those reasons. The vodka is infused with a split vanilla bean, and paired only with orange juice. For a fully handmade version, after you’ve infused your vodka, use fresh squeezed juice from Valencia oranges. Valencia’s have a very tasty juice, and everything tastes better when it’s made from scratch, right?
