Kat of We Can Re-Do It transformed a pair of plain brown suede derbys by drawing on leopard print with a Sharpie. She swapped in some neon pink laces and dyed the part around the ankle black, and voila! Instant shoe personality. The Sharpie works really well on that suede.
I was about to call these shoes Oxfords, but when I looked up the definition, I discovered that these are actually derbys. Whether a shoe is an Oxford or a derby depends on the shoe architecture near the eyelets.
