On 20 October 2012 the first official Mini Maker Faire of continental Europe was held in Groningen, The Netherlands. With over thousands of visitors, makers, participants and other awesome people the Maker Faire was a big hit. Visueel Vermogen was asked to make a compilation video of the day.

On July 14th, 2012, the first Dublin Mini Maker Faire was hosted at Science Gallery, with more than 40 makers, and over 5,000 attendees.
