Cold pizza is pretty great, and so are bloody marys, so I guess it makes sense that Pasadena’s Trattoria Neapolis has devised a unique drink for the month of October called the “Pizza Cocktail” that consists of tomato, basil infused vodka, ghost pepper infused vodka, porcini powder, muddled basil, and a parmesan and mozzarella foam. If you can’t make it to Pasadena this month, it might be worth trying your own version at home sometime.
