Father’s day is quickly coming up and we would really love to show our Dads some love at Make. One way we think would be fun to do it would be a slideshow Dads with their tools, or Dads with something they’ve made. Heck, if Dad isn’t around anymore, you can just share the creations they’ve left behind. Give us a sentence or two to go along with it. Tell us what Dad says, or what Dad taught you. Here’s my wonderful Father for example. Though he was never much of a maker, he kept tons of tools in the house and never complained when they got destroyed or lost. He still has to put up with his adult sons running off with his precious bits and wrenches! He’s also surprisingly patient when his son shows up with a camera and says “quick, I need a picture of you with something you’ve made!”

There’s no way I could possibly track down all your pictures if you tweet or Facebook them at us, so I’d love it if you could just email them to me! You can reach me at Caleb@makermedia.com, send me those pics quotes and lessons! I’ll collect them together and share a slideshow with the Make community.

I get ridiculously excited seeing people make things. I just want to revel in the creativity I see in makers. My favorite thing in the world is sharing a maker's story. find me at CalebKraft.com
