If you’re in the mood for a melty, cheesy, delight, but can’t make up your mind between a quesadilla or a pizza (or if you’re just trying to make the most of a few simple ingredients), then this Pizzadilla recipe by Jonathan Malott is clearly the solution to your cheesy dilemma.

A pizzadilla is a ridiculously easy to make meal, perfect for new cooks, kids, and college students. Basically, we are going to make a quesadilla in a cast iron skillet, put our favorite toppings on top, and broil it to make the cheese all melty.
