I don’t know about you, but I’m absolutely certain that winter would be about 100 times more delightful if everyone kept their shoulders warm with pretty handmade capelets. I mean, it just seams like snow and wind and ice wouldn’t matter quite so much if we all had luxurious outfit-coordinating winter wear to look forward to.
