3D-printable mecanum wheel

3D Printing & Imaging

From the MAKE Flickr pool:

Check out this excellent mecanum wheel by Flickr user ROB K636. If you didn’t know, mecanum wheels permit travel perpendicular to the rolling direction. He totally needs to submit this project to our MAKE/Makerbot Contest and upload the 3Ds to Thingiverse.

I agree, that really needs to be put on Thingiverse. I would love to have several of those printed for various robots.

I have started on the Thingiverse page before these where going to get printed.

I am away from the computer that I designed them from and it would take to long to upload the .stl files from this one that uses dial up. look on Thingiverse soon for them.
