Please be careful if you do this. The alloy in of Metals in nickels (ie: nickel) can be very dangerous and irratating to your skin. In the UK it is actually a jailable offense to sell jewelry with nickel content. If you want to make a coin ring try a silver coin. It is a bit more expensive, but much safer and wearable.
