Rich Decibels created a tutorial for designing and laser cutting a project enclosure. He covers everything from designing the circuit boards to visualizing the project in SketchUp, exporting the panels to Inkscape and then lasering the enclosure.

The link to Flights of Ideas is something I have been looking for. I like using Sketchup for doing drawings, but I was never able to get it to where I could make G-code with it. With this I can draw up a perfect model in Sketchup, export to SVG, then open Inkscape and use Gcodetools to get my g-code for my cnc router. Now I just need time!
