Add a little extra pizzaz to your snaps with this punchy triple ginger snaps recipe from love & olive oil. Apparently, this recipe was inspired by Trader Joe’s Triple Ginger Cookies and calls for 2 tablespoons of ground ginger, as well as fresh ginger, and a full 1/3 cup of crystallized ginger. Zing!
