Salad Smörgåsbord Wheel

My sister is an elementary school teacher and recently told me about a fabulous lunchtime idea to help foster social awesomeness among the staff.

The idea is a salad smörgåsbord. Pick one day a week to host your Salad Day, and each staff member is responsible to bring one food item, or must do a task such as cleaning up. The thing they are responsible for is dictated by the ever-wonderful chore wheel.

I know you may be thinking, “You don’t win friends with salad.”, but this seriously might just do the trick! Everyone can assemble their favorite salad combo, and perhaps even discover a new tasty recipe from a co-worker.
