GOOD Magazine is trying to create a Neighbor Day, an annual day of local community and getting to know your neighbors. They want to establish it as the last Sunday in April (April 25th this year).

On their website, they’re looking for people to make a pledge of what they plan to do for Neighbor Day and to post follow ups of what happened. Their latest issue is called “Here Comes the Neighborhood,” a “guide to making your neighborhood great,” and it has all sorts of… good stuff in it.

Project: Help Us Create Neighbor Day

If you decide to do anything MAKE-y for Neighbor Day, let us know in the comments.
